The RGGB Crew

Eric may be working in covert ops for the CIA or may simply be an engineer for an international company based locally, as he maintains.  It’s for you to decide.  Either way while traveling the world and visiting some of its’ greatest cities, he’s developed a passion for bringing the best of his travels (housing, the international food/cafe scene & work spaces) back to his hometown Green Bay.

Garritt R. Bader is a Green Bay-native, full-time real estate guy and community-minded do-gooder who wants to see an active and prosperous Green Bay.  Since 2007, through his company, GB Real Estate Investments, LLC, he has developed multiple retail, restaurant and urban mixed-use properties.  Garritt also pushes for community advancement by being a board member of several local non-profit, educational and economic development organizations.

Why Cowork?

“The Grind has been a game changer in my business, I was previously working at home without a great place to meet clients or finding myself hopping from coffee shop to coffee shop just to get out of the house and away from distractions of T.V. or the list of things I could be doing while in my home. Those distractions often kept me from getting work done and left little creativity or ability to bounce ideas off of others.

When I became a member of the Grind it was simply to be surrounded by like-minded individuals that shared a passion for creativity and entrepreneurship. The Grind definitely provides that, but also gave my business a professional space to meet with clients, potential clients, and to host various events which help drive my businesses growth. Events like my monthly Lunch & Learn in which I educate the community about topics in the digital marketing industry.  The Grind is a resource to host such events, providing ample space, a coffee shop on site, and projectors/TVs/equipment to put on epic presentations.

If you haven’t noticed I SERIOUSLY LOVE the Grind and cannot brag about it enough. The fellow members are always looking to collaborate on projects and work together or connect you with a great network for your business.”
